Terms of Service

Last updated: draft — pending owner and legal review before public launch.

These terms are a working draft prepared for review. They must be approved by the owner and qualified legal counsel before OccupyHQ launches publicly.

The service

OccupyHQ provides decision-exploration, personal development and community tools, including Decision Lab, Purpose Discovery, Spiritual Gifts assessment, learning and community features.

Not professional advice

Decision Lab and related features provide hypothetical exploration and general guidance only. They do not predict the future, do not assign probabilities to outcomes, and are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial or psychological advice. You remain the decision-maker and are responsible for your choices.

Accounts and fair use

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. Guest and free usage is subject to fair-use limits. We may suspend access for abuse, misuse, or attempts to circumvent limits or security controls.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant OccupyHQ the limited rights needed to store, process and display that content to operate the service. Do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or that you have no right to share.

Safety

OccupyHQ is not a crisis service. Safety-sensitive inputs receive safety guidance rather than simulation. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline.

Paid services

Paid offerings — Deep Decision and Occupy Plus — are described on the Pricing page and governed by the Billing and Refund Policy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Acceptable use

You may not scrape the service, probe or disrupt security controls, impersonate others, or use the service to harm, harass or deceive anyone.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law. Final limitation-of-liability language is subject to legal review before launch.
